By using this Discord bot, its website, dashboard and other related products (collectively referred to as "Tora", "Bot" or "Service") you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.
To fully understand and be able to agree to these Terms, you will have to read, understand and accept Discord Inc. ("Discord")'s Terms of Service (accessible at https://discord.com/terms), first.
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, you may use Tora and its services for any purpose, including commercial use. However, you are prohibited from reverse-engineering Tora or attempting to derive its source code. Additionally, when referencing or using Tora's brand elements outside of Discord, you must indicate that Tora is accessible at https://tora.bot.
While Tora enables sending messages to Discord channels, it does not clearly identify the individual responsible for each message. As a result, the Discord server owner is accountable for messages or actions taken by the Tora bot on their server.
You may not:
- - Send advertisements of any kind using Tora's message system.
- - Make the server from which a direct message was sent unrecognizable. Tora always includes the server information to allow users to track the source.
- - Repeatedly send messages in a short time span, especially via direct message.
- - Use Tora on servers that violate Discord's Community Guidelines or in a way that goes against them.
- - Modify Tora's messages in a way that obscures the original reason for sending a message. As the server owner, you are responsible for ensuring message clarity.
- - Directly access Tora's backend. API calls are limited to the automated ones made when using Tora's services.
All content published and accessible through the Service is the property of Tora. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any other elements that comprise the Service.
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties - express or implied - including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quality of performance.
Tora, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not guarantee that the Service will function without interruption, be secure, or available at any specific time or location. They also do not warrant that any errors or defects will be corrected, that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the Service will meet your particular requirements.
We reserve the exclusive right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is deemed material by us, we will provide at least 7 days advance notice before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion. By continuing to use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will no longer be able to use the Service.
If a user excessively consumes the Tora resource compared to other users, the Owner reserves the sole right to suspend the user's account or limit their related activity until the user reduces the excessive consumption.
The Owner reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a User's access to the API if they determine the User is sending abusive or excessively frequent requests. The Owner will define what constitutes abuse or excessive usage of the API. Prior to suspension, the Owner will make a reasonable attempt to alert the User.
You may not use any automated process to extract, harvest, or scrape information, data, or content from this website or its related digital properties, unless the Owner explicitly allows you to do so.
