The data we collect from Discord can include, but is not limited to:

• (i) User data: We store your user ID in our database, and cache your user ID, username, discriminator, and avatar.

If you provide information to access our Services, we will use it to grant you access and monitor your usage. Specifically, we use your data to:

• (i) Monitor compliance with our Terms of Service.

We strive to minimize the duration for which we store your data. At most, we retain the following information from Discord:

• (i) Your user ID, stored indefinitely in our database.
• (ii) Your user ID, username, discriminator, and avatar, cached for no longer than 30 days. This information is not permanently saved to disk and is typically retained for a considerably shorter period.

To access the data we store about you, please submit a support ticket by contacting us on Discord at tora.bot/support. You have the right to request that we stop storing your data or provide you with the information we have on file, though these processes may take up to 30 days to complete.

Tora.bot is headquartered in the United States. Regardless of your location, by using our services you consent to the processing and transfer of your information to the United States and other countries. The data collection and usage laws in the United States and other countries may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws in your home country. Our servers are located in Germany (Falkenstein).

We reserve the exclusive right to modify or replace the privacy at any time. If a revision is deemed material by us, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the new terms take effect. The determination of what constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion. By continuing to use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated privacy policy. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will no longer be able to use the Service.
